Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with shipping details.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Other Governorates in Egypt: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping company.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

From time to time, Dermagent may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or during special campaigns.


4. Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers within Egypt.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and complete the payment when the delivery arrives.


5. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes during promotions

  • Incorrect shipping information

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Dermagent is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking information via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the shipping provider.
