We strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product arrived leaking or broken during shipping

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support team with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.


3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or digital wallet after confirmation.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting customer support.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
